Nicola Price
Founder, Managing Director & Senior Accountant
Nicola Price, Founder and Director of Six Wands Aspects Limited, is far more than an accountant, she is a trusted business partner who works alongside business owners to drive growth, improve efficiency, and achieve meaningful results.
With over 30 years’ experience spanning both industry and practice, Nicola brings a rare depth of insight to her work. Her early career in industry shaped a strong commercial mindset and gave her extensive, hands-on experience in management accounts, meaning she doesn’t just understand the numbers; she understands what drives them and how they impact the day-to-day reality of running a business.
As an AAT-licensed accountant, Nicola combines technical precision with a practical, solutions-focused approach. She goes beyond compliance, helping clients build strong financial foundations while using management information to make confident, informed decisions.
Working with business owners, landlords, and limited companies, Nicola is known for translating complex tax and accounting requirements into clear, jargon-free guidance. Her focus is always on giving clients clarity, control, and the confidence to move their business forward.
Her expertise includes strategic advisory support and tax-efficiency planning, alongside deep experience across sectors including pharmacy, floristry, manufacturing, construction, retail, hospitality, and professional services.
Nicola is recognised for her ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and implement systems that save time, reduce risk, and improve visibility, helping businesses stay in control and unlock their full potential.
Passionate about business development, Nicola also acts as a mentor and advisor, bringing structure, direction, and a clear plan that enables organisations to grow with confidence.
Outside of work, Nicola is a keen gardener, finding the same satisfaction in nurturing plants as she does in seeing her clients and team flourish. She values health, wellbeing, and community, and is an animal lover, qualities that shape her grounded, approachable, and people-first way of doing business.
Jane Rigley
Operations & Compliance Manager
Jane is the operational heartbeat of Six Wands. With decades of experience in business administration, compliance, and client management, she makes sure everything behind the scenes runs seamlessly — from onboarding and AML checks to optimising systems, workflows, and software integration.
She leads the setup and delivery of our digital processes, proposals, and client experience, working closely with Nicola and acting as the main point of contact for many clients. Known for her friendly, down-to-earth manner and meticulous attention to detail, Jane is equally at home building a new process, chasing a missing UTR, or training the team on Xero — always one step ahead.
Outside of work, Jane is passionate about fitness and wellbeing. She’s a regular at the gym, enjoys running, and swears by a good podcast and a protein shake to kickstart her day.
Rahul
Senior Accountant
Rahul is our skilled remote team member, based in India, supporting bookkeeping, year-end accounts, and other core accountancy services. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce specialising in Advanced Accounting & Auditing, he has worked with UK-based accountancy firms since 2021, building strong expertise as a UK Year-End Specialist.
Working securely through our cloud systems and under Nicola’s oversight, Rahul ensures all work meets our high standards. Outside the office, he enjoys travelling, trekking, playing cricket, and listening to music.
Sam Bailey
Administration Support
Sam provides additional support to both our staff and clients, working on a part-time basis to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her approachable nature and eye for detail make her a great point of contact when extra help is needed, whether that’s assisting the team with day-to-day administration or ensuring clients get the support they need.
Outside of 6Wands, Sam works in the education sector supporting young adults with learning difficulties — a role that reflects her caring and patient personality. She’s also a self-confessed crazy dog lady with four dogs keeping her busy at home!
